Not only are people looking for homes online, they are finding them. In 2001 48% of homebuyers listed a real estate agent when asked where they found the home they purchased. 8% named the Internet. One of the amazing things about living in Chigago is that I tend to forget just how tall all these buildings are. Every once in a while I’m reminded why they call them sky scapers.
