Most interesting chart in NAR’s 2010 Profile of Homebuyers & Sellers

Not only are people looking for homes online, they are finding them. In 2001 48% of homebuyers listed a real estate agent when asked where they found the home they purchased. 8% named the Internet. In 2010, it’s essentially a tie at 38/37%. The entire profile is a free download for members at realtor.org.
